Site Foreman/supervisor

Your responsibilities include:

- Working closely with Management and Key Stakeholders to meet the timelines and schedule
- Managing all Pre
- Install and Post
- Install tasks
- Reading and Interpreting plans/ designs
- Liaising with design and production staff to meet order deadlines and client expectations
- Identify and solve any trade specific install issues and provide alternatives and solutions for the on
- site team
- Inspecting the site and ensure it is ready for installation
- Help the maintenance when necessary
- Coordinate the logistics and deliveries onsite when required

**Job Requirements**
- Proven experience on Residential or commercial sites preferably in joinery
- Demonstrated strong work ethic and commitment to meet the scheduled project outcomes and to motivate team and installers to get the job done on time and with high quality
- Demonstrated strong communication, decision
- making and leadership skills
- A great eye for detail and high-quality work standards
- A critical thinker and problem solver
- Have a can
- do attitude, a string work ethic and a good team player
- Construction White card and Asbestos card
- Preferably qualified Cabinet maker but not essential

**Salary**: From $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mitchell, ACT 2911: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Joinery: 1 year (preferred)
- Construction: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- White Card (preferred)
- Asbestos Awareness Certification (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
