THE ROLE:

We have an exciting opportunity for someone who has a love of promotions, events and radio to join our team as an Events & Promotions Coordinator in our Audience Engagement team based in our Star 104.5 Studios in Erina. With the support of your Project Manager, your goal will be to execute and enhance promotional activities to support our clients and station tactics effectively.

Your main responsibilities will include leading the promotional street team to ensure the delivery of exceptional events and activations for our brand and supporting the Audience Engagement team with various tasks as delegated.

You will be a key team member within the Audience Engagement function, tasked with delivering the overall strategy. You will need to be a collaborative team player with excellent organizational skills, the ability to thrive under pressure, and a keen eye for detail. Your positive and agile approach will be key in delivering multiple concurrent campaigns and ensuring a seamless execution of all events and promotions.

What you will be doing and what skills you may have:

As the Events & Promotions Coordinator for Star 104.5, your will collaborate with the Brand & Promotions, Sales, Create and Programming teams to create, design and manage targeted high-quality events and activations for our listeners and clients.

More specifically you will:

• Develop and implement unique and on-brand events and activations including on-ground support as required
• Write run sheets, pack lists and crosses
• Manage the events calendar and ensure delivery of client/partner deliverables
• Create post campaign reports
• Assist the AE PM with promotional activities as required
• Support the wider promotions team with delegated tasks
• Manage prize fulfillment and inventory
