You will lead a community based, not for profit service that has been through transition and is ready for its next chapter with a steady, people focused Coordinator.

Your Role As Coordinator, you will:

• Lead daily operations across Before, After and Vacation Care
• Provide structure, consistency and guidance for your team
• Build trusted partnerships with families and the school community
• Model calm, proactive behaviour support
• Embed MTOP and ensure compliance under the NQF
• Manage admin, enrolments, ratios and rosters efficiently

You will have the autonomy to lead your way and the support to make it work.

About You You are a steady and people focused leader who values quality, calm and connection. You show up with patience, practicality and purpose and bring out the best in others.

You will bring:

• Diploma qualification or higher in a relevant field
• Experience leading an OSHC or OOSH service, or as a strong 2IC ready to step up
• Skill in behaviour management and inclusive practice
• Confidence communicating with schools, families and committees
• Sound knowledge of the NQF and MTOP frameworks
• A desire to grow your leadership with support from experienced sector mentors

Child Safeguarding We are looking for an individual who understands and promotes the National Principles for Child Safe Organisations.

You will support child wellbeing and safety through transparent, proactive practices. Requirements include:

• NSW Working With Children Check or willingness to obtain
• Reference checks and a national criminal history check
