Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Melbourne, VIC for an Associate, GTS Client Service. The Associate will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing exceptional service, and supporting clients with their banking needs. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with client queries, facilitating transactions, and ensuring clients receive timely and accurate information. The role involves working closely with various departments to resolve issues and improve service delivery.

  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in banking software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
  • Experience in institutional banking or a related industry is advantageous
