Your New Role Looks Like This:
At Australian Unity, we're committed to creating a positive impact for our clients, members, and communities. As part of our Wealth Platform team, you'll play a vital role in supporting clients and advisers whilst continuing to deliver exceptional service across our Life and Investment products.
As a Client Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients and advisers, providing prompt, accurate, and professional support. In this role, you will:
- Deliver exceptional service: respond to client and adviser queries across Life and Investment products via phone, email, and digital channels, with a focus on resolving issues at first contact.
- Process with precision: handle applications, withdrawals, switches, transfers, and account maintenance in line with agreed service standards.
- Stay informed: keep your knowledge up to date on product features, processes, compliance, and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate for success: work closely with colleagues across Operations, Product, Compliance, and Adviser Support to resolve complex matters and deliver a positive client experience.
- Drive improvements: identify opportunities to streamline processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Champion compliance: ensure all activities align with regulatory requirements and company policies, including AML/CTF, ASIC, and APRA standards.
- Be a team player: contribute to a supportive and collaborative culture, sharing knowledge and helping colleagues adapt through change.
About You:
- A minimum two years' experience in the Australian financial services industry
- A minimum two years' experience in registry operations or customer service
- An understanding of legal, compliance structures impacting investors such as Anti Money Laundering; FATCA; Automatic Exchange of Information Guidance
- Strong data entry skills
- Attention to detail
- A strong work ethic and passion for excellence in customer service
- Ability to work within a team environment and navigate a larger business
- Outstanding communication skills; verbal and written
- Organisational and time management skills
