What you'll do

  • Retain and grow the existing employer portfolio, ensuring strong relationships and high member satisfaction
  • Engage senior stakeholders across key sectors like government, hospitality, tourism and local councils to drive brand presence and acquisition
  • Lead and develop a motivated local team, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Represent the fund in the community, enhancing visibility through events, networking and engagement initiatives
  • Support new business growth and member acquisition, balancing retention with expansion
