Development Manager
to join our team and work alongside the Executive Advisor – QLD in a growth and leadership role.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic business that values innovation, collaboration, and results. You will manage projects across the full development lifecycle—planning, delivery, sales, and close-out—while contributing to new business strategy and assessing potential opportunities.

What You'll Do

Project Management

  • Manage budgets, feasibility, and project financials.
  • Establish annual project business plans and report progress regularly.
  • Oversee town planning, approvals, and consultant appointments.
  • Drive compliance with WH&S and contractual obligations.
  • Coordinate and chair key project meetings internally and externally.
  • Ensure timely delivery of milestones and manage risks proactively.

New Business

  • Shape new business strategy through research and planning frameworks.
  • Support due diligence and financial assessments for new opportunities.
  • Provide recommendations on development potential and feasibility.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Work as part of a high-performing team to achieve shared goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, authorities, and stakeholders.
  • Mentor, assist and manage staff assigned to projects.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in property development or planning.
  • Land development experience is essential.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Experience with statutory planning and EstateMaster feasibility.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • A natural facilitator and coordinator with strong organisational skills.
