Client-Side | Diverse Property Portfolio | Growth Opportunity
Our client is looking for a capable and motivated Development Manager or experienced Assistant Development Manager to join a growing, privately owned property development business. Working across a broad pipeline that includes residential communities, mixed-use precincts, and other bespoke developments, you'll play a key role supporting the delivery of active and upcoming projects particularly within land subdivision.
The Role
Reporting to a senior leader, your role will span the full development lifecycle, from feasibilities and planning approvals to consultant coordination, marketing support, construction oversight, and settlement preparation. You'll be involved in managing project reporting, budgets, and stakeholder communication, and will work closely with internal and external teams to ensure successful delivery.
Experience
We're seeking someone with 5+ years of client-side or consultancy experience in property development, ideally with relevant tertiary qualifications in property, planning, construction or a related field. Strong organisational skills, a proactive mindset, and effective communication are essential. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative team where you'll gain exposure across all facets of the development process and grow within a supportive, hands-on environment.
