About The Role
We're seeking an experienced Planner to support lead activity placement and planning/readiness. You'll play a central role in integrating schedules across projects, engineering, maintenance, and contractors to ensure safe, efficient outcomes and maximise production.

What you'll do: Key responsibilities…

  • Lead activity placement and planning/readiness for C&FA across projects and maintenance
  • Develop, maintain, and optimise P6 schedules, ensuring integration with SAP and traceability of changes
  • Provide schedule oversight for Engineering & Construction contractors, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Drive transparency with PowerBI reporting, portfolio tracking, and contractor performance reviews
  • Support project gating, readiness reviews, and integration of C&FA work into IAP processes

What we're looking for: About you…

  • Proven experience in IAP planning, scheduling, or similar roles in oil & gas or heavy industry
  • Skilled in Primavera P6 and SAP
  • Strong reporting and dashboard capability (PowerBI or equivalent)
  • Track record of supporting commissioning, C&FA, or major shutdown planning
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills across engineering, maintenance, and contractors
  • Must have the right to work in Australia
