COSOL is currently seeking an experienced Fixed Plant Planner for an exciting international assignment. This role is ideal for someone with strong Pronto expertise and a background in fixed plant processing environments, particularly in shutdown and weekly maintenance planning. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage weekly and shutdown maintenance schedules for fixed plant processing equipment
  • Utilise Pronto to plan, track, and optimise maintenance activities
  • Ensure all maintenance plans align with operational and production priorities
  • Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and procurement teams to ensure resource availability
  • Maintain and improve master data within Pronto, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Identify and implement planning improvements to enhance plant reliability and reduce downtime
  • Monitor work order progress and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
  • Generate reports and planning documentation as required
  • Adhere to site safety protocols and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
  • Support remote or on-site teams with technical planning and scheduling input

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience in fixed plant planning and/or asset master data management
  • Proficiency in CMMS/EAM systems (Pronto is highly regarded)
  • Strong understanding of asset lifecycle, maintenance strategies, and data governance
  • Ability to work in remote, fast-paced environments
  • Flexibility to travel internationally on a FIFO basis
