Phorest powers 11,000 hair and beauty salons using our software across the globe. Our aim is to capture 25% of the market globally – that's one million salons and a billion-dollar company.
We are growing and would like to add a new member to our team. You will join a group of highly motivated individuals, to help us grow Phorest faster.
The OpportunityWe're looking for an enthusiastic PhorestPay Account Executive to drive adoption and success of Phorest Pay terminals and features across our Australian client base, ideally working out of our Brisbane Office.
This role is focused on helping salons to get the most from our payments offering—including online booking payments, card terminals, Online Gift Vouchers, and the Online Store. You'll play a key role in ensuring clients are supported, engaged, and set up for success.
What You'll Do- Order Processing: utilising internal systems to manage customer orders end-to-end from sale to fulfilment.
- Retention & Growth: Spot opportunities for feature expansion, upsell, and improved client satisfaction.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with salon owners and managers, offering expert guidance and ongoing support.
Feature Activation & Adoption: Encourage and support the use of Phorest Pay features including:
- Online booking payments
- In-salon card terminals
- Online gift vouchers
- Online store functionality
Onboarding & Education: Deliver clear, confident onboarding sessions and training to help clients feel empowered using payment tools.
Insight Sharing: Gather feedback and usage insights to help improve the product experience across the team.
Performance Monitoring: Track client activity and success metrics to ensure they're gaining maximum value from Phorest Pay.
2–4 years in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or a client-facing role in SaaS or tech.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Confident in leading conversations, providing training, and solving problems.
Organised, proactive, high level of attention to detail, and comfortable working across multiple customer accounts.
Experience working with CRM systems and varied software to manage accounts and track client activity, or aptitude to learn quickly.
Experience working in the salon and/or beauty industry is an advantage
