Connect2Group is currently seeking a Full Time Team Leader for SIL (Based in Victoria Point).

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Support a team of support workers, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure clients receive appropriate support with daily living and self-care activities and directly provide that support
  • Ensure Schedule and assist residents to attend medical and allied health appointments and oversee practices that uphold the health and wellbeing of residents
  • Monitor adherence of the support team to the Person Centred Plan and weekly program of support activities
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure that SIL programs runs in a financially sustainable manner

To be considered for this role ideally you will possess:

  • Formal Qualifications (at Certificate 111 or above) in Disability, Mental Health, Community Services or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in stakeholder engagement and team supervision
  • Demonstrated experience managing admin or customer service teams
  • Strong people leadership and operational coordination skills
  • In-depth understanding of NDIS Practice Standards, participant rights, and safeguarding
  • Experience in hoisting, manual handling, and physical disability support
  • Valid QLD Driver's Licence
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening, Blue Card, First Aid, CPR & own vehicle with insurance
