Our client is a well-established regional accounting and advisory firm in Mackay, known for its long-standing relationships with local businesses, families and professionals. With a friendly, supportive and professional culture, the firm prides itself on providing excellent service to clients while fostering a workplace where every team member is valued. 

They are now seeking a Client Services Officer to join their front office team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction and takes pride in maintaining an organised and welcoming environment. You will be the first point of contact for clients, manage calls and appointments, handle correspondence and provide administrative support across the office. Working alongside accountants, partners and administrative staff, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the firm. 

To succeed, you will bring strong communication and organisational skills, a polished and professional manner and previous experience in reception or administrative support. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a genuine commitment to client service are essential. 

Please note: This job is based in Australia therefore, only candidates who are Australian or NZ Citizens or permanent residents of Australia will be considered.
