Location: Darwin, NT

Roster: Monday to Friday with potential weekend overtime.

Are you hands-on, reliable, and ready to be part of a growing manufacturing team? We are currently seeking Process Workers and Forklift Operators to join a leading cardboard packaging manufacturer known for quality products and a strong team environment.

About the roles:

Process Workers ($32.41 / hour + Penalties)

  • Operating and monitoring machinery on the production line
  • Feeding material into equipment
  • Stacking, bundling, and palletising finished cardboard products
  • Quality control and inspection
  • General cleaning duties in the production area

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment (preferred)
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
  • High attention to detail and a proactive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
  • Full work rights in Australia

Forklift Operators ($34.33 / hour + Penalties)

  • Operating counterbalance forklifts
  • Loading and unloading trucks
  • Moving material and finished goods around the factory
  • Supporting production and factory teams as needed

Requirements:

  • A valid Forklift Licence (LF)
  • Recent experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing setting
  • Confidence in handling goods safely and efficiently
  • Willingness to assist in general warehouse or production tasks when required
  • Full work rights in Australia
