Due to continued growth, we are recruiting a newly created Senior Legal Counsel/Legal Counsel (Real Estate) position working for an exciting and high growth ESG focused Australian Technology & Infrastructure company.

Reporting into a Head of Legal you will be joining an impressive team of 8 legal professionals. This position offers you the opportunity to work across multiple jurisdictions being Australia, North America with potential expansion into Europe.

With a focus on real estate/property responsibilities includes:


• Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing commercial leases, sale and purchase agreements, and development contracts


• Advising on cross-border real estate transactions and structuring


• Managing title and zoning due diligence across jurisdictions


• Supporting acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing matters for office, retail, and industrial assets


• Coordinating with external counsel and internal stakeholders


• Monitoring regulatory developments in the real estate sector that may impact operations

The ideal candidate will be at least c5-8-year PQE level with a law firm background and demonstrable experience in property transactions. The role offers a truly international scope and would suit someone comfortable working with complex legal frameworks and cross-border teams. Salary dependant on experience and STI + shares/options.
