Milo Geotechnical is seeking experienced Engineers to support upcoming Main Roads WA projects across Western Australia.

About the Opportunity

You'll play a key role in delivering urban and rural road and bridge projects, overseeing all phases from planning and design through to construction and handover.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you'll collaborate with contractors, consultants, and agencies to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality infrastructure for Western Australia.


What You'll Bring
  • Engineering degree (Civil or related discipline)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the road construction industry
  • Strong background in project management for roads and/or bridges
  • Proven ability to manage consultants, contracts, and stakeholder relationships
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and technical reporting skills
  • Familiarity with Main Roads WA standards and procedures (highly regarded)

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop project scopes, management plans, and schedules
  • Prepare procurement packages and risk management plans
  • Manage pre-construction activities and technical assessments
  • Review engineering designs and consultant deliverables
  • Liaise with key stakeholders, landowners, and government agencies
  • Coordinate environmental clearances, land acquisition, and service relocations
  • Oversee contract administration and project documentation
  • Provide technical advice, training, and mentoring for graduate engineers
