We're working with a leading, fast-growing engineering consultancy delivering innovative civil and structural solutions across commercial, residential and urban development projects throughout Australia.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Civil Engineer who is passionate, technically driven and eager to grow in a supportive, high-performing team environment.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Assist with the design and documentation of civil infrastructure projects including stormwater drainage, earthworks and pavements.
  • Undertake drainage calculations and contribute to stormwater management plans.
  • Prepare and edit civil drawings using AutoCAD.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers, designers, drafters and consultants to deliver coordinated design outcomes.
  • Support the preparation of reports, specifications and technical documentation.
  • Participate in site inspections and assist during construction phases.
  • Learn and progressively apply 12d modelling software with support from the team.


What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
  • 1–3 years' relevant industry experience.
  • Working knowledge of drainage design principles and calculations.
  • Intermediate AutoCAD skills.
  • Willingness to develop skills in 12d (beginner-level experience a plus).
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-focused and proactive attitude.
