Our role requires you to report and deliver in the following areas:

Ø  Taxation, business development and compliance service offering with technical confidence

Ø  Maintain and grow exceptional relationships with all stakeholders

Ø  Delivery of workflow targets

Complete understanding and commitment to the UNIQsol Mission, Vision and Values, Strategic Target and Basic Principles.

Day to Day Duties:

  • Drive financial outcomes for clients via delivering high level tax planning and advisory
  • Preparation of financial statements and tax returns for all entity types
  • Div 7A, CGT, FBT Calculations and other legislative reporting
  • Liaison with the ATO when required
  • Assist the partners with operational & strategic objectives (everyone gets to have their say)
  • Nurturing Team's growth

Profile

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of post graduate experience
  • CPA qualified or currently enrolled
  • Experienced in job allocation, capacity planning, reviewing
  • Strong understanding of taxation
  • Proficient user of Xero Certified, MYOB, XPA and other cash book systems

This is a role with significant autonomy over your own client portfolio, and one where you are trusted to do your work, drive outcomes, and collaborate with the wider team. Enjoy working in a highly diverse, high quality client base.
