Accountant

We are seeking an Accountant to assist with compliance-related work, including reviewing client accounting records, preparing Activity Statements, Income Tax Returns, and financial statements. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with senior accountants to provide a full range of services.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with compliance-related work
  • Reviewing client accounting records
  • Preparing Activity Statements, Income Tax Returns, and financial statements

Key Qualifications:

  • Motivated with good time management and organisation
  • Able to follow processes and have a high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent computer skills, ideally in Excel, Xero, MYOB, and Reckon
  • Willingness to learn and share knowledge
  • Committed to caring for clients and team members
  • Minimum 2-3 years working within an accounting practice, with accounting and tax experience

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
