Senior Accountant

As they continue to expand, they're looking for a skilled Senior Accountant to join the finance team and help drive accuracy, insight, and efficiency across the accounting operations.
Responsibilities Lead month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAPManage inventory accounting and cost analysis in collaboration with operations Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and readiness Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation Mentor junior accounting staff and contribute to a collaborative team culture Work cross-functionally with departments like supply chain, production, and finance Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)5+ years of accounting experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory valuation, and financial reporting Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills A proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment Benefits Be part of a high-growth company with a strong leadership team Competitive compensation and benefits Opportunities for career advancement and professional development A culture that values innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Accounting/Auditing Industries Manufacturing
