Your Next Role
Join a diverse and growing Group as a Senior Accountant, where you will work across financial and management reporting, budgeting, and analysis, while partnering with both corporate and operational teams.
Bring your solid accounting experience, confidence with Excel and reporting tools, and the ability to communicate financial information in a clear, practical way. We're looking for someone who not only understands the numbers but can also build strong relationships across the business.

- Financial records and reports are accurate, timely, and compliant with accounting standards and company policies.
- Month-end and year-end processes, including reconciliations, are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Support the preparation of annual financial statements and statutory requirements.
- Review and improve accounting processes, procedures, and internal controls.
- Provide financial insights and support to managers for decision-making.
About you
- CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent).
- 5+ years' experience in accounting roles.
- Proven ability to lead month-end processes and engage with external stakeholders.
- Proficient in Excel and financial reporting systems, with experience in ERP platforms (such as Pronto) considered an advantage.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
- A calm, practical approach to problem-solving, with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Willingness to travel to other sites locally and interstate.
