We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Order Release/Processing Coordinator to manage the day-to-day order management and processing activities using our advanced Manhattan Scale WMS.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily order waving, batching, prioritisation, and release for pickingMaintain and optimise wave templates to improve picking efficiency and reduce travel timeEnsure orders are completed within despatch lead timesCollaborate closely with the Allocation Team to manage stock replenishment and order typesDrive continuous improvement by analysing system behaviours and challenging current processesMonitor KPIs and provide productivity reports to operational teamsCoordinate Value Added Services (VAS) and support resource planningLead by example in health, safety, and compliance standardsWhat You'll Bring:Experience in warehouse operations and WMS (preferably Manhattan Scale)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder managementA commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellenceAbility to work collaboratively and lead by exampleJoin us and play a key role in enhancing our warehouse performance and customer fulfillment outcomes.We Would Love to Hear from You:If you have the skills, experience and motivation to succeed in this role and want to be part of a friendly and supportive team environment we want to hear from you. to find out moreAdvertised: 04 Sep 2025 AUS Eastern Standard TimeApplications are open until: >
