About the Role

As our Birthday Party Coordinator, you'll play a key role in making every celebration unforgettable. You'll be the go-to person for families and children on their special day – coordinating party bookings, setting up spaces, greeting guests, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

During the week, you'll also assist with behind-the-scenes tasks such as ordering supplies, preparing rosters, and helping improve our party processes to make them even more magical and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and host children's birthday parties on weekends
  • Liaise with parents and guests to ensure exceptional customer experiences
  • Prepare and set up party areas, decorations, and catering items
  • Support stock ordering and product preparation during weekdays
  • Contribute to process improvement to streamline operations
  • Maintain safety and cleanliness standards throughout events

About You

  • You're enthusiastic, reliable, and thrive in a busy, high-energy environment
  • You have strong communication and organisational skills
  • You enjoy working with children and creating memorable moments
  • You're available for weekend work and flexible with occasional weekday hours
  • Previous experience in events, hospitality, or customer service is a plus
