The Opportunity

This newly created role offers a unique chance to embed yourself within the operational heart of the organisation. As Finance Business Partner - Operations, you'll work closely with senior leaders to deliver commercial insights, improve financial processes, and support strategic decision-making that directly benefits the communities they serve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver month-end reporting and performance insights
  • Analyse P&L, margins, and service metrics to drive efficiency
  • Partner with operational leaders on budgeting, forecasting, and planning
  • Integrate internal and external data to inform strategic direction
  • Support financial systems improvements and data integrity
  • Champion a collaborative, insight-driven finance culture

About You

You're a qualified finance professional (CA/CPA) with:

  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
  • Advanced Power BI or data visualisation experience
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • A hands-on, proactive mindset and attention to detail
  • A genuine interest in purpose-led work and social impact

Bonus Skills

  • Experience in human services, healthcare, NFP or government sectors
  • Strategic use of market and external data to inform decisions
