  • Take ownership of a variety of administrative tasks, including document creation, data management, and general correspondence.
  • Provide hands-on support to the sales, property management, and marketing departments in their daily operations.
  • Maintain a polished and organised office environment, coordinating with external suppliers and service partners as needed.
  • Assist in ensuring all internal procedures, documentation standards, and timelines are met.

The Person:

  • Brings a proactive, can-do attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Professionally presented and genuinely committed to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborative, approachable, and happy to assist colleagues across different teams.
  • Previous experience in administration in real estate is ideal
