The Role
We're searching for a driven Account Manager who knows how to build trust, protect key accounts, and grow revenue. This isn't a transactional sales role – it's about being in front of your customers, understanding their world, and ensuring they see ongoing value in your solutions.
Day to day, you'll be:
- Owning a portfolio of existing B2B customers and ensuring they renew.
- Growing revenue within accounts by identifying opportunities for hardware, software, services, and training.
- Creating and executing territory and account plans to drive performance.
- Running structured client meetings and calls – with a clear objective every time.
- Managing a robust pipeline and achieving set sales/revenue targets.
- Networking across client organisations to build consensus and prevent competitors from getting in.
About You
You're a commercial operator who holds yourself to a high standard. You've managed a sales territory before and understand what it takes to deliver growth. You're disciplined, well-organised, and resilient when it comes to achieving targets.

- Background in engineering or design, with hands-on experience or strong familiarity with SolidWorks.
- Proven account management experience, ideally in technology, software, or engineering solutions.
- Consultative sales approach – you listen, problem-solve, and guide clients to the right solution.
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
- $90K - $110K base salary
- $10K Car Allowance
- Generous Comms Structure - perform well and earn a $150K OTE.
