Are you a talented Hospitality HRM looking to gain experience in luxury hotels?

This new and unique global brand has just arrived in Australia, and they are looking for a talented HRM to take on a fixed term month contract.

THE ROLE

  • You will enjoy taking the reins of this dynamic HR team
  • Work closely with managers to provide support, mentoring and coaching
  • Manage employee engagement, implementation, learning & development initiatives
  • Drive the day-to-day HR function, consulting on ER/IR issues, performance management and work health & safety
  • Deliver an inclusive employment environment for all employees
  • Ensure overall compliance to employment laws, policies & procedures

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Previous experience in Human Resources within a hotel or hospitality environment
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources
  • Superior leadership and team development skills
  • Strong knowledge of Hospitality Award 2020 & Australian employment law
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, hands-on approach attitude
