Due to our continued business growth, PFEC Global is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Migration Admin to join our dedicated team in the heart of Melbourne. Core Responsibilities:

As a crucial part of our Registered Migration Agent team, your primary focus will be to ensure the smooth, efficient, and complaint handling of migration cases:

  • Assist migration agents with the precise preparation and timely lodging of visa applications.
  • Communicate directly with clients (phone, email, in-person) to gather all necessary information and documentation.
  • Manage confidential client records, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with migration laws and regulations.
  • Schedule appointments, manage agent calendars, handle client inquiries, and perform essential general administrative duties.
  • Maintain the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

Skills, Experience, and Requirements

Essential :

  • A minimum of 1 – 2 years of experience working in a similar administrative role within the migration industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge concerning the current Australian immigration laws and policy.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, combined with a meticulous eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Work Requirements: You must have full working rights in Australia.

Added Advantage:

  • Possession of a Graduate Diploma in Migration Law.
  • The ability to communicate proficiently in any South Asian Language.
