About Us: A1 Interiors is a leading residential interior linings contractor with over 25 years in the field. We're growing and looking for a reliable individual to support our busy team.

The Role: As an integral part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting both office and field staff, ensuring the seamless delivery of our unparalleled services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Data entry for Accounts Payable and Payroll in Simpro
  • Training will be provided for Simpro software as no prior experience is required
  • Set up and update jobs in Simpro
  • Coordinate material orders, work orders, and deliveries
  • Budget creation and revision
  • Oversee account applications, inductions, and credit letters
  • General administrative duties

About You: If you're a problem-solving wizard with a knack for multitasking and a passion for learning, we want you With over 2 years of experience in a bustling office environment, ideally in a project or construction-based industry, you'll receive thorough training and support while enjoying the autonomy to showcase your skills. Your keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities will be the key to success in this role.

Australian work authorisation is required at the time of application.
