Entire Air Conditioning Solutions – Brisbane, QLD

We're seeking an Admin / Office Manager to join our growing team at Entire Air Conditioning Solutions, one of South-East Queensland's fast growing air conditioning companies.

This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of our professional and supportive team, helping manage the day-to-day operations of a busy air conditioning business servicing both residential and commercial clients across Brisbane and beyond.

About the Role

We're looking for someone who is highly organised, confident, and enjoys taking ownership of their work.

Key responsibilities will include:


• Managing incoming calls, emails, and scheduling jobs


• Assisting with invoicing, quotes, and purchase orders


• Coordinating technicians' daily schedules and service jobs


• Maintaining records and compliance documentation (QBCC, ARCtick, etc.)


• General office administration and customer service

What We're Looking For


• Strong communication and organisational skills


• High attention to detail and ability to multitask


• Previous experience in administration or office management (trade or construction industry preferred)


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and job management software (ServiceM8 , simpro experience a bonus)


• Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
