We're searching for a creative, passionate, and hands-on Head Chef to lead our kitchen and bring GiGi's Diner to life. This is your opportunity to shape the menu, build your team, and put your signature on a brand-new venue.

What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef ready to step up
  • Creativity and flair – someone who loves reinventing diner classics with a modern edge
  • Strong leadership and people skills – a team builder who leads by example
  • Solid understanding of kitchen operations, cost control, and rostering
  • Food Safety Supervisor certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • A positive, can-do attitude and the drive to make GiGi's a must-visit Hobart destination
