- In partnership with the Australian Defence Force, we are currently seeking a full time **Food and Beverage Attendant** to join the team at **Anglesea Barracks, Hobart.**
- We cater breakfast, lunch and dinner services Monday to Sunday, with bar and functions services across two remote training sites, therefore you must have the availability and flexibility to work across a Monday to Sunday roster between 6:30am - 11:30pm with the occasional function running until midnight.**About The Role**:

- Support the Hospitality and Catering team by consistently delivering a friendly, helpful, and professional service to all customers.
- Clean, sanitise and maintain equipment, furniture and premises, ensuring all required repairs and maintenance are reported.
- Ensure all meals are processed in the meal pass system, all cash is handled and banked in line with Company and Client protocols, and any suspicious behaviour is immediately reported.
- Assist with basic food preparation, as requested by the Head Chef.

**About You**:

- Relevant experience in Hospitality and Customer Service
- Must have current TAS Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA).
- Hygiene for Food Handlers Certificate (training available on site)
- Customer Service experience and working in a fast-paced environment.
