About Us

Georgie Boy Espresso isn't your run-of-the-mill café. We're a hole-in-the-wall with big energy — known for specialty coffee, consistency, speed, and service, all served up with a smile (and maybe a bit of banter).

We're on the hunt for our very first Store Manager to take the reins and make sure every day runs smoother than a double ristretto.


The Role (a.k.a. your daily grind)

  • Keep the shop humming day-to-day
  • Lead, train, and hype up the crew
  • Build rosters that actually make sense
  • Stay on top of stock and keep suppliers in check
  • Make sure every coffee leaves the bar up to Georgie Boy standards (aka perfect)
  • Drive customer happiness (and reviews that make us blush)
  • Be our in-store vibe manager & brand ambassador

About You (the person we'll high-five when you walk in)

  • You've managed a café (bonus points if you're a specialty coffee nerd)
  • You can run a team without breaking a sweat
  • You're just as comfy on the bar as you are on the roster sheet
  • Organisation is your middle name
  • You're reliable, positive, and thrive on pace
  • You care about people, coffee, and doing things properly
