WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?...
As a Level 1 Support Engineer, you'll be the first line of technical support for our clients, assisting with a broad range of issues across Microsoft 365, networking, and user support.
Your day will involve:
· Providing first-level technical assistance and managing tickets through to resolution
· Troubleshooting issues across M365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online) and network environments
· Supporting end-users with software and hardware problems
· Escalating complex incidents where required while ensuring clear communication and documentation
· Performing regular system maintenance, updates, and patching
· Collaborating with senior engineers and learning across cloud and cybersecurity functions
YOU NEED TO HAVE...
· A minimum of 1 year's experience in IT support or a technical environment
· Exposure to case management or ticketing systems
· Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online)
· Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, switches, routers, VPNs)
· Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
· A customer-focused approach with the ability to work collaboratively
IT'S NICE TO HAVE...
· Experience working within an MSP
· ITIL certification
· Industry qualifications in Information Technology or equivalent experience
· A proactive attitude toward learning and professional growth
