We are hiring for immediate start a Vending Service Desk Technician.

Job Summary:

Due to growth, we are seeking an experienced Vending Machine Technician to join our team within a tight knit team in Silverwater, Sydney. Using your experience, you'll help predominately our franchise owners to provide top-tier technical support for our vending, coffee machine, smart fridge and micro-markets, ensuring smooth service for our end customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Level 2 Support, primary point of contact for franchise owners and vending field service fillers, handling technical service desk requests.
  • Provide technical support for vending machine hardware and software issues onsite from time to time.
  • Test and resolve common technical problems related to machines, payment systems, and connectivity issues.
  • Track and prioritise service requests and escalate issues as necessary to Level 3.
  • Document and track service tickets, resolutions, and customer interactions in our service management system.
  • Assist in maintaining knowledgebase articles and creating new tech videos for our Service Desk.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of industry experience within the vending or coffee machine industry.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills with a basic understanding of electrical, mechanical systems.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining VMS software systems (Nayax, Windcave, or similar platforms)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Desirable, experience using service desk platforms is desirable (e.g. Jira, Zendesk).
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple issues at once.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa
  • Ability to pass background checks and obtain security clearances as required
