Job Summary

The Vending Filler drives a company vehicle over an established route to deliver products or deliver services, and fills and maintains vending machines and micro markets across the Sydney metro area.

As a Vending Filler, you are the face of the company and must always project a professional and positive image of the company while maintaining and building excellent customer relationships.

**Responsibilities**:
Primary responsibility is to provide filler services for all company owned sites:

- Attend to daily fill requirements for company-owned sites.
- Pack products as per restock sheet.
- Restock machines and attend to any minor faults.
- Respond to refund requests and identify problematic machines.
- Liaise with customers to ensure correct product placement.
- Log any issues via Support's online ticketing system.
- Utilise Vendomation software tool to ensure efficient machine filling.
- Ensures weekly stocktake of product inventory - keeps accurate records.
- Ensures solid working relationship with Sales & Operations Co-ordinator to maintain required levels of products.
- Maintain proper inventory levels and product distribution for vending machines.
- Perform product rotation to ensure freshness at designated client locations for vending machines.
- Provide client and customer satisfaction in every aspect of job performance.
- Informs regular clients and customers of new products or services, listens to and resolves service complaints.
- Sets up merchandise and sales promotion displays or issues sales promotion materials to customers.
- Accountable for all receipt of goods, invoices, delivery tickets, cash received or collected, and products.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- 3 years of driving experience are required
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Preferred 1-2 years experience in a customer service position, or a minimum of 1 year of related experience.
- Proficient with a handheld computer, training provided.
- Must be able to lift heavy goods on a consistent basis.
- Ability to operate or willingness to learn material handling equipment (box truck, handcarts, etc.).
- Able to work independently, and unsupervised the majority of the working week.
- Police clearance due to cash handling.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
