Alexandria, New South Wales, Australia Reo Group Full time $64,000 - $108,000 per year

Location: Alexandria, Sydney

Salary Package: $80k - $90k + Super (Pro Rata)

Role Highlights: The business recently transitioned from an in-house warehouse to a 3PL. Six weeks in, things aren't running smoothly, and they need an experienced operator who can step in, take control, and restore order.

If you're the kind of person who can spot the problems, fix them, and keep things moving without waiting for permission, you'll make a real difference here.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll take ownership of day-to-day international logistics, coordinating inbound and outbound freight, managing 3PL relationships, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

This is an immediate-impact role - not one for bystanders. You'll be the steady pair of hands keeping things on track across e-commerce, retail, and wholesale channels, working closely with production and operations to get the product where it needs to be.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end international shipments (air, sea, express)
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and 3PLs
  • Oversee inbound/outbound bookings, documentation, and tracking
  • Resolve delivery delays, customs holds, and operational bottlenecks
  • Work with production, e-commerce, and wholesale to plan arrivals and dispatches
  • Provide updates to the Ops Manager and key stakeholders
  • Support process improvement initiatives to stabilise 3PL operations

Candidate ProfileYou've seen logistics done right, and wrong. You know what "good" looks like and can step in to help a team that's firefighting. You're hands-on, solutions-focused, and unafraid to make the hard calls when things need fixing fast.

  • Experience in international logistics, freight, or 3PL coordination
  • Able to handle shipping documentation, freight booking, and inbound/outbound control
  • Comfortable working closely with operations, e-commerce, and production teams
  • Strong communication skills - you'll be the one holding everything together
  • Proactive, practical, and calm under pressure

Culture & Benefits

You'll join a close-knit operations team in survival mode - collaborative, hardworking, and all-in to get things back on track.

  • Make an immediate impact during a critical transition
  • Opportunity for extension into 2026
  • Alexandria location | Friday WFH flexibility
  • $80k - $90k (Neg) + Super (Pro-rata)
  • Join a passionate retail business with big global plans
