The Distribution Coordinator will be the first point of contact for day-to-day movement and coordination of product from supplier to delivery at door. Responsible to deliver excellence and exceed customers’ expectations.

**You will**:

- Maintain delivery lead times and schedules from release of orders to delivery at door.
- Liaise with 3PLs and freight forwarders to achieve the best delivery outcomes for the business and its customers.
- Document and resolve any system or operational issues that may affect delivery timelines by continually assessing and improving processes.
- Action and monitor stock movements until receipt including approved return shipments and store and internal transfers.
- Create and approve commercial documents required for domestic and international shipments.
- Have a strong understanding of Warehouse and inventory reporting with escalation to key stakeholders and 3PLs.
- Advocate and seize opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining service agreements and delivery timelines.
- Assess and provide initial approval of third-party supplier invoices in line with budgets.

**You have**:

- A great understanding of basic warehouse operations processes.
- Advanced knowledge of customs documentation export shipments
- AP21 experience is highly advantageous
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solving ability.
