About the role

Pellenc Australia is seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager to join our team in Regency Park, South Australia. This full-time role will be responsible for driving new business development and sales growth across our range of innovative and market-leading agricultural, winemaking, and landscaping equipment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Identifying and cultivating new sales opportunities with potential clients in our industries
  2. Engaging with customers to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions using Pellenc's product range
  3. Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations to prospective clients
  4. Negotiating and closing new sales contracts
  5. Providing post-sales support and liaising with the technical service team
  6. Participating in industry events and tradeshows to raise the profile of Pellenc's products
  7. Achieving or exceeding agreed sales targets and KPIs

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record in technical sales, within the agricultural, winemaking or landscaping equipment industry
  2. Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders
  4. Solid commercial acumen and negotiation capabilities
  5. Proactive and ambitious, with a drive to succeed in a target-driven environment
  6. Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry experience
