Our service package includes inspections, repair and service of agricultural PTO driveshafts and related components.
As Technical Sales and Service, you will play a vital role in driving the company's sales growth and building strong relationship with our valued customers. So, if you have a positive attitude and an eagerness to build your career profile, then look no further
**Your role**:
- ** Delivering consistent**and high-quality** service** to our customers
- ** Assist customers with phone sales enquiries** and follow up with quotes, pricing and product enquiries in a timely manner
- ** Support and attend**a diverse customer base in providing product & technical support
- ** Perform**repair work on Agricultural driveline product as required
- ** Assist** with supporting field day events
**What you need**:
- Experience in the Agricultural sector will be** advantageous**:
- **Ability** to take the lead in delivering sales growth
- ** Strong** technical skills and problem solving
- ** Experience** in customer service in a retail / trade environment
- ** Ability** to engage with people and build good customer rapport
- ** Computer literacy,** experience using Pronto would be advantageous
