What you'll do?

The Deployment Technician Lead is a member of the EUC Configuration Team within the Deployments department of Compnow. They are responsible for the review of documentation and providing guidance to the Deployment Technicians in the form of technical support, both independently and collaboratively.

  • Lead, manage and co-ordinate the Deployment Technician Teams daily activities. This includes providing ongoing advice, training, and development to ensure effective and efficient delivery of deployment services.
  • Act as the first point of escalation for our customer and the onsite team, taking ownership of escalation issues and expedite the resolution process.
  • Support the long-term commercial viability of the team by ensuring the team operate within compliance and legislative frameworks and identifying and mitigating risk.
  • Generate scheduled Weekly and Monthly Operational Reports to Management, as well as ad hoc reporting where required.

What you'll bring?

  • Previous experience working in a team lead or Deployment Technician role.
  • Proven experience with the Microsoft Office Suite and ability to use reporting tools.
  • Genuine care for building overall staff working capacity and ability to mentor, support and guide technicians.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to manage customer issues and escalations.

What else do you need to apply?

  • Travel on-site to our client's sites in the Brisbane CBD.
  • Must be an Australian resident available to work full time without restrictions
