Join our Risk & Compliance team as a Risk & Compliance Advisor to support our Retail, Oncourse and Max Tech business units to educate, manage & enhance our risk and compliance obligations, whilst contributing to building a strong risk culture.

What you'll do

Reporting to our Risk Partner, your day-to-day will include:

• Supporting the identification of risk across business units
• Assisting with the development and documentation of controls
• Analysing incidents and breaches to identify root causes and process gaps
• Supporting business units to understand their key compliance obligations
• Preparation of reporting for risk governance forums
• Providing risk advice on business projects and initiatives

What you'll bring

You're a curious and people-oriented risk professional who enjoys solving problems and supporting others. You bring a proactive, commercial mindset and a collaborative approach to everything you do, bringing:

• Experience in a combination of risk management, compliance, internal audit, or consulting services
• Strong detail focus and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• A practical hands-on understanding of risk and compliance frameworks, testing & auditing
• Bonus, if you have experience in Risk within Retail operations
