Independent Advisor to Finance Risk and Audit Committee

South East Leisure is seeking an Independent Advisor to join its Finance Risk and Audit Committee (FRAC) for a 12-month term, with the potential to extend up to three years.

As the Independent Advisor, you will provide expert guidance across finance, risk, and audit matters, supporting the Committee in its oversight responsibilities. You will contribute to the development and review of strategic and operational risk frameworks, financial management systems, and governance controls.

The Independent Advisor will be required to attend and actively contribute to the Finance Risk and Audit Committee meetings. The Finance Risk and Audit Committee meet once a quarter, typically via video conference, scheduled late afternoon/evenings, with each meeting running for approximately 1.5 hours.

Looking ahead, SEL will also oversee the Dandenong Wellness Centre, set to open in 2027.
