Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons aligned with the course curriculum and training package requirements.
  • Provide academic support, mentorship, and guidance to students to enhance their learning experience.
  • Assess students' progress through practical and theoretical assessments, providing constructive feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and assessment outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with RTO and ASQA standards in all training and assessment activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate current best practices into the course content.
  • Collaborate with the academic team to continuously improve training resources and materials.

Qualifications and Experience

Essential:

  • TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
  • Relevant qualifications in Leadership and Management (e.g., Diploma or higher).
  • Demonstrated experience in training and/or management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of the BSB training packages, particularly in Leadership and Management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Desirable:

  • Experience teaching international students.
  • Familiarity with RTO compliance and ASQA standards.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles and cultural backgrounds.
