Role Description

This is an on-site, contract role for a Trainer/Assessor in Cert III Pathology Collection located in North Melbourne, VIC. The Trainer/Assessor will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to students, assessing their progress, and providing constructive feedback. Daily tasks include preparing lesson plans, conducting practical and theoretical classes, and maintaining student records. The Trainer/Assessor will also develop assessment tools and ensure compliance with RTO standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Relevant industry experience and qualifications in Pathology Collection min 2years
  • Cert IV Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create engaging training materials and deliver effective training sessions
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in record-keeping
  • Commitment to continuous professional development
  • Previous experience in a similar training role is an advantage.
