Penfold College is currently seeking qualified and experienced Trainers and Assessors to deliver and assess in the following qualifications:

• BSB40820 Certificate IV in Marketing and Communication
• BSB50620 Diploma of Marketing and Communication
• BSB60520 Advanced Diploma of Marketing and Communication
• CHC52021/ CHC52025 Diploma of Community Services
• BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management
• BSB60420 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management
• BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning)
• CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing/Disability)
• CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support
• CHC30121 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
• CHC50125 Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and assess training in accordance with Penfold College's Training and Assessment Strategies (TAS) and relevant training package requirements
• Ensure assessment practices meet the principles of assessment and rules of evidence
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate training and assessment records
• Support students throughout their learning journey, providing constructive feedback and academic guidance
• Participate in validation, moderation, and continuous improvement activities
• Maintain professional currency through industry engagement and professional development
• Comply with all Penfold College policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks

Essential Requirements

• TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or TAE40122 or its successor, or equivalent credential)
• Relevant vocational qualifications at least to the level being delivered and assessed
• Demonstrated current industry experience relevant to the qualification area
• Sound understanding of the 2025 Standards for RTOs
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Desirable Criteria

• Experience developing and reviewing training and assessment materials
• Experience delivering to both domestic and CRICOS student cohorts
• Proficiency in the use of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online learning platforms
• Evidence of professional development and industry engagement within the past 12 months
