About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Aluminum Window Installer to join our growing team in Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for the precise installation of aluminium windows and doors across residential and commercial sites. This role requires a strong understanding of construction plans, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install aluminum windows and doors according to project specifications and safety standards
  • Read and interpret architectural drawings and installation plans
  • Measure, mark, and prepare openings for window placement
  • Ensure proper sealing, alignment, and finishing of installed units
  • Collaborate with site supervisors and other trades to meet project timelines
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment
  • Adhere to WHS regulations and company policies

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in aluminum window installation
  • White Card (Construction Induction Safety Certificate)
  • Driver's Licence preferred or Photo Identification
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with glazing and sub-framing is highly desirable
