With continued growth and a strong pipeline of projects, they are now seeking a driven Business Development Manager / Sales Professional to join their successful team.
You'll need:
- Proven experience in managing customer relationships and driving sales.
- Confidence in working with builders, architects, and contractors to understand project requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Knowledge of aluminium window and door systems (AWS preferred but not essential).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project documents.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a proactive, customer-first mindset.
- Self-motivated, results-focused, and comfortable managing a sales pipeline from lead generation through to close.
- Strong organisational and analytical abilities, with attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and a desire to contribute to a supportive, team-driven culture where people enjoy what they do.
