Are you great at making a first impression?

TAEGA is a rapidly growing cosmetic clinic that is dedicated to redefining and changing the world of non-surgical cosmetic treatment.

As our receptionist, you'll be the first face and voice of our clinic, and we're looking for someone who understands "user experience" from the moment they step into the clinic You will be supported by an amazing team at TAEGA who are friendly and eager to grow the company into a leading cosmetic service provider.

To be considered, we are looking at the following attributes:

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident in meeting and greeting clients.
  • Comfortable with processing transactions.
  • Comfortable with rising concerns and discussing isseus with fellow team members.
  • Willing to learn and grow as an individual.
  • Previous work experience as a front house.
  • General administration/ reception duties such as but not limited to;
  • data entry
  • using CRMs for appointments
  • maintaining general tidiness and hygiene of the environment
  • stock take
  • Ensure a smooth running of the clinic and front desk focusing on our clients and making their visit positive.
  • Assist and support with ad hoc tasks from the Clinic Manager.

Bonus attributes:

  • Special interest in nursing.
  • Previous experience in dental or surgical assisting.

Working days and hours:

Monday to Saturday (5-day work week rotation)

Hours:

  • 8am - 4.30pm or 11.30am - 8pm (weekdays)
  • 10am - 6.30pm (Saturday)
