The Opportunity 

This is a fast-paced, high-trust role for a confident and proactive Construction Administration Coordinator who thrives on autonomy and takes initiative. Work flexibly from any Transgrid depot in a role that is key to enabling our leaders to focus on strategic priorities by managing sensitive tasks such as time and attendance, labour costing, credit card approvals, and coordinating team events and presentations.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, trustworthy, and confident in handling complex responsibilities across multiple systems including Microsoft Office, Team Binder, IBuy, InEight, and Maximo. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, along with the ability to manage competing priorities and take initiative without direction.

About you

Demonstrated knowledge of WHS and environmental legislation, with a commitment to safety and compliance.Proven experience supporting infrastructure construction projects in dynamic, fast-paced environmentsSkilled in navigating complex environments with adaptability, resilience, and sound judgement.Proficient in a range of digital tools including Team Binder, InEight, Maximo, and Microsoft Office Suite.This role may include travel to construction sites, tailored to your availability and comfort level; a current NSW Driver's Licence is required.
